How can I get a quote?
Please feel free to fill out our online form. You could also email or call. You will get a response within 24hours.
How do I make a payment for your cleaning service?
We accept payments via Electronic money transfer, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and cheque. We can arrange for cheques to be picked up.
What is your cost for your cleaning service?
The cost will reflect the cleaning service required. Every clean is unique. Some cleans have more rooms, square footage, and will differ on level of cleaning required.
We will work with you to provide a reasonable quote. We always deliver quotes before we do the work, so that you are not suprised.
Will every cost be the same?
The first cleaning is always a little more costly. More time and effort is required to do a thorough deep cleaning for the first visit to your property. If you would like us to continue to maintain your property then the cost for each subsequent visit will be less expensive. The first visit makes it easier for us to maintain your property to a certain level. We will work with you.
Do you supply the cleaning supplies?
We supply the best cleaning products for each clean. If you feel more comfortable using your own cleaning products we will work with you as well. Please let us know ahead of time, we will check with health and safety requirements to ensure our staff is safe using these chemicals.
Can I trust your cleaning company with the key to my property?
Barone Quality Cleaning is based on trust. We understand the safety of your items and property. Your key is put in a safe where only the management team will have access to.
All lockbox and access codes are kept in a safe place as well.
Will it be the same employee cleaning my property?
We would send you 2 to 4 cleaners to clean your property for the first visit so that they understand your cleaning requirements, and that they are trained on the specific needs for your location.
What should I do if I want to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
We understand things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please provide us at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. We will be happy to accommodate your request without any additional charge.
What if I have a special cleaning request?
We will be happy to accommodate your needs. Please let us know 24 hours before so we can make sure our staff has additional time.
What should I do if I'm not happy with the clean?
At Barone Quality Cleaning, we take pride in our work. Please contact us right away. We will make sure to revisit without any additional charge. Please note we might not be able to come back the same day but we will guarantee to come back with no additional cost.
